Olá, my people:)!  I’m Dr. Tracy — founder of Connect and your teacher. I’ve worked with American schools and European educational foundations, but more importantly, I’m a highly trained global ESL educator who has taught adults, teens, and children at every level, from complete beginners to advanced speakers.

 

Over the years, I’ve coached a diverse range of learners, from lawyers to surgeons, helping them maximize their potential and become natural, confident English speakers.

I’ve taught both one-on-one and in groups, covering grammar, conversation, and specialized skills with an engaging, practical, and culturally aware approach. I’ve also guided students to success in English proficiency exams such as IELTS. Whether your goals are functional, academic, or business-focused, I can help you achieve them.

Caribbean-born with a globally neutral accent, I understand the unique challenges of English in our region and Brazil — from code-switching to accent bias. I can teach locals without alienating them and guide foreigners without confusing them.

For me, it’s not just about correctness — it’s about confidence. I don’t just teach English; I empower professionals, students, and newcomers to communicate clearly, connect globally, and feel at home in any conversation.
